week to talk about the 25th anniversary of Back to the Future, her role
as
Jennifer Parker in the original movie, why she did not do the sequels,
Michael
J. Fox replacing Eric Stoltz as the original Marty McFly, going to high
school
with Nicolas Cage and every other future famous person in Hollywood,
getting
the Who Dat? treatment on TMZ, acting in after-school
specials, her role
in the famous anti-drug PSA "Stop the Madness" and owning a
successful clothing store -- Armani
Wells -- in Studio City, Calif.
Wells is on the board for Kids In The Spotlight, which is holding a charity fundraiser on Oct. 30 at Raleigh Studios. The organization puts at-risk youth and foster children through a 10-week program that teaches them to write, cast and star in their own short films. Oct. 23 she will appear at a showing of Back To The Future and a Q&A session at the Universal City Walk AMC from 12:30 to 3:30. She will attend the movie and do another Q&A at Puente Hills Mall AMC from 6-10.
